Alison Sellar, CEO of activpayroll, has been shortlisted for the prestigious Scottish Business Awards 2015 held in Edinburgh on the 12th November 2015.
Alison Sellar, the CEO of the global payroll and employee mobility solutions firm, activpayroll, has been shortlisted for the prestigious Scottish Business Awards in the category of ‘Itison Female Business Leader of the Year’. The ceremony will be held in Edinburgh’s International Conference Centre on November the 12th.
The annual awards ceremony will be attended by over 2000 guests and this year will be addressed by the Hollywood legend George Clooney, with Welsh Comedian Rob Brydon as host, featuring a special guest appearance by the most decorated Olympic cyclist of all time, Sir Chris Hoy.
Application numbers this year were the most competitive to date, with over 250 entries in total.

The ceremony celebrates Scottish Business, while simultaneously raising funds for a number of charitable causes. The aim for this year’s event is to exceed the £500,000 fundraising mark for these great causes, including the Social Bite Fund, Scot Edge and Not On Our Watch.
