Now in their eighth year, the UK Private Business Awards are positioned to recognise successes and achievements within the vast number of private businesses in the UK. Each year over 450 entrepreneurs, CEOs, FDs, COOs and management teams attend the prestigious event.
The Private Business Woman of the Year Award, sponsored by Rothschild & Co will recognise a woman who has played an integral part in building a company. She will have founded it, driven the growth of the company, and helped it to focus on customers or create opportunities for other people. The winner will be a forward-thinker and strong role model for other women and someone who has had an exceptional year.
The black tie event, sponsored by PwC, will be held at The Brewery, London EC1 on Thursday 13th September 2018.
Alison Sellar commented: “I am thrilled to be nominated for the Private Business Woman of the Year award, just to be recognised within this category alone is a massive honour. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support I have behind me from the activpayroll team across the globe, therefore this nomination is testament not only to the hard work I’ve put in over the past 17 years, but to the team that has contributed to activpayroll’s global success.”
