Doug Sawers is an exceptional leader; most recently the Managing Director of Access Legal at the Access Group, he previously led the UK, Ireland and Mauritius businesses of SD Worx (formerly Ceridian). A chartered accountant by training, his deep leadership experience, sector expertise, and breadth of vision evidenced by his multiple non-executive and advisory roles for smaller businesses, make him ideally suited to leading activpayroll on the next stage of its journey.
